INTRODUCTION

Chemistry is part of our daily life. Every day we come across Neville Chemical Europe BV products, such as in the form of adhesive tape, car tires, road markings, newspapers and magazines. Neville Chemical Europe BV is producing high-quality synthetic hydrocarbon resins. Such resins are used in, among other things, paint and paint-related products, printing ink, adhesives, rubber, plastic compounds and colored asphalt.

Neville Chemical Europe with its site in Uithoorn was established in 1959 as Neville Cindu Chemie, a joint venture between Cindu B.V. in Uithoorn and Neville Chemical Company based in Pittsburgh. In 1984 the name of the company was changed into Nevcin Polymers. In 1999 Neville Chemical Company became the sole shareholder of Nevcin Polymers. On January 1, 2003, the company name became Neville Chemical Europe BV. In October 2011, the company was acquired by Resinall Rütgers Resins GmbH, a premium producer of hydrocarbon, modified hydrocarbon and hybrid resins for the European industry. Resinall Rütgers Resins was founded in 2009 as a Joint-Venture of the German RÜTGERS Novares GmbH and the Belgian Resinall Europe bvba.
Neville Chemical Europe, Resinall and Rütgers conduct extensive competencies in the development, production and marketing of high-quality resins for different applications.
